Our story begins over a quarter of a century ago when Chef Eleazar Martinez, fondly known as Eli, and Proprietor David Oh, embarked on their culinary journey together. Their enduring partnership blossomed at the acclaimed Woo Lae Oak in Soho and has since flourished, shaping some of the most distinguished dining experiences in the culinary landscape. This dynamic duo continued to leave their mark at Bann in midtown Manhattan, and Woodam in Morris Plains, NJ.
Eli and David’s latest venture is the much-loved Eli’s Eatery in Parsippany, NJ. This restaurant has become a testament to their gastronomic prowess and their commitment to bringing joy through food.
